Housekeeping Supervisor

Assist the Front of House Manager and supervise housekeeping staff and
operations to ensure high quality cleanliness throughout the guest residence,
and provide efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble free and proactive service
to maximize guest satisfaction. All work will be conducted in line with departmental
guidelines, Guest Residence standard operating procedures and service
concepts.
Requirement
Diploma or vocational training in hospitality. Minimum 1-2 years’ supervisory experience within the housekeeping department of a comparable or higher product hotel. Computer Literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and Opera or similar property management systems (StarRez, CAFM or other systems an advantage). Good command of verbal and written communications skills in English, Arabic will be an advantage. Excellent organizational skills and discretion with confidential information. Interpersonal and problem solving abilities. Excellent planning, scheduling and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality, with proven track record of high integrity and commitment to representing the organization with highest quality service standards.
