The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the team assist in various executive and administrative tasks that lead to achieving the Center’s objectives. Provide the whole scope of administrative and executive assistance to the team as instructed, such as answering calls and queries, arranging for meetings’ agendas / schedules / minutes, arranging for procurement and set-up of office equipments, writing and managing the internal and external correspondence, etc. Liaise / coordinate with all stakeholders and preparing comprehensive reports about the whole project on a regular basis. Brief and debrief all stakeholders about important information and project updates as required and needed
High School / B.A. / B.S. in Administration or equivalent, 2 years and above of experience in a similar role, Previous exposure to highly demanding administrative tasks in a leading company, Excellent MS Office and communication skills, Very good English and Arabic language skills (spoken and written) and Great ability to deal with and work under pressure.
